FUNCTION
To continuously review and improve the Lehigh Valley workforce system to enhance employer and job seeker services which support family-sustaining employment opportunities. Aligned with the LVWIB Strategic Plan, the Workforce Solutions Committee looks for an eliminates barriers that inhibit workers from attaining the education/training needed to be employable and employers from acquiring the quality/quantity of the workforce needed for sustainability and growth.
